Sue Storm, AKA The Invisible woman, or as she is known in her early appearances Invisible Girl is a founding member of the Fantastic Four along with her Husband to be Reed Richards, her brother Johnny Storm and Ben Grim.
Sue Storm is in many ways the hart of the Fantastic Four, being engaged to Reed Richards and sister to Johnny Storm she is often the glue that keeps them together and in many early comics she is the one to break up the fights between the boys.
The events of her origin left her with the power to turn invisible as well as develop invisible force fields (added later in Fantastic Four #22 and then in many retellings retconned back to the origin) .
Early on, a love triangle developed between Sue, Reed and Namor. With Sue storm having a strong attraction for Namor while also loving Reed Richards. This situation has growing tensions until Sue ultimately indicates that she picks Mr. Fantastic in Fantastic Four #27.
Sue also plus a prominent role in her brother’s “solo” adventures in Strange Tales featuring their suburban home apparat from the fantastic four headquarters.
