For this review I read the Tales of the Watcher story from Tales Of Suspense #52, this story is titled “The Failure!” and it is set in earths future, about 300 years. after all war is abolished and peace rains on earth. But then goes on to show that the focus of men, has become business. Almost everyone’s goal is riches and wealth, everyone but Kenn, whom is different.

Kenn  is that worlds ‘failure’ as he is more interested in poetry and nature, and being good to his fellow-man then he is in profit and business, and fortunately for him, he has found the one other human a woman whom can love him for it.

The story however gets interesting when aliens show up on earth, demanding to take him, and we get to watch and see if he is as much a failure as everyone else see’s him to be.  I won’t spoil the ending, but I will quote the watchers last words.

Can any of us ever really know who is a  failure, and who is not?  certanly, not I… Even though I have observed the universe for ages! For I am merely The Watcher!
